The best burger ever - The Butchers Club Burger (鰂魚涌)
We ordered a big burger called beyond classic. I think the chinese name of the burger doesnt reflect it original meaning. Anyway, we would like to try something not classic. The burger is surprisingly very tasty. The meat was very juicy and the crispy was delicious. The overall texture was just right. It is the best burger I have had ever, the second best burger store in West coast of the States - In and Out.
Sliders is a good option to taste more kinds of burger in our first visit to the store. I like the rib finger slider since the Angus beef rib was in a high quality. My friend loved the classic slider.
The rib meat quality of Bbq rib satay with cajun aioli was great. I can finish the whole dish in 5mins.
The background music, services and food were excellent. I am grateful to find my favourite burgers in HK. I look forward to the next visit to this burger shop.
